This product is made to order, so it takes about 3 weeks to 1 month and a half to arrive. Also, please note that we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

Due to the characteristics of piece-dyed production, the back side may have white spots or bleeding in some places. Customers who are concerned about the natural characteristics of such products are advised to purchase rugs made with a yarn-dyed method.

Precautions when using

If you are using it in a place where there are children or pets, we recommend that you use it together with the non-slip pad.

Due to the characteristics of the material, there is a unique smell when opening, but please rest assured that it will disappear with the passage of time. Do not place hot or heat-generating objects on the rug. There is a risk of deformation or leaving marks.

If the rug is placed on a reinforced, raw wood or underfloor heated floor, humidity may cause color transfer and mildew on the underside of the rug. Ventilate the rug by moving it frequently to prevent moisture from accumulating under the rug.

In the case of infants, there is a risk of falling, so please be careful.

If it is partially soiled, hand wash only the soiled area.

If you wash it in a home washing machine while it is wrinkled, the edges may come loose. If you want to wash the whole, please do it with cleaning.

Drying in the dryer may cause shrinkage or discoloration, so we recommend air drying.

Do not use softener or bleach.
