Due to the characteristics of handmade products, there may be slight differences in size, texture, shape, etc.

There may be bubbles, air holes, traces of glaze flow, clumps of glaze, scratches, etc. on the surface or transfer that occur during the production process.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the above reasons.

Precautions when using

Always wash before use.

Prints may fade over time if detergent is used repeatedly. Also, please refrain from rubbing the printed part with a sponge when washing, as it may cause the print to fade.

Can be used in microwave and oven. Although it is possible to use the dishwasher, we do not recommend using it repeatedly as the print may become lighter.

Please refrain from using metal knives and forks for items with a matte texture, as this may cause scratches on the surface.

Dropping the product or subjecting it to strong impact may damage it.
