There may be bubbles, air holes, traces of glaze flow, clumps of glaze, scratches, etc. on the surface or transfer that occur during the production process.

Prints may fade over time if detergent is used repeatedly.

When cleaning, please refrain from rubbing the printed area with a scrubbing brush. Repeated washing may lighten the print.

The dot design is 100% done by hand, and the size, position, and density of the dots are all different for each product. You cannot choose a particular design you want.

Glaze is very sensitive to external environment including temperature. This may cause cracks in the glaze on the surface of the product. This is not damage such as cracking the product.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the above reasons.
