Anything that looks like a stain in the photo is a design that expresses the surface as if it were three-dimensional, and is not a defective product. Please be aware of this when making a purchase as we cannot accept exchanges due to this.

This product is made to order, so it takes about 3 weeks to 1 month to arrive. Also, please note that we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

In spaces with children and pets, we recommend using a non-slip pad under the mat.

Precautions when using

Due to the characteristics of the material, there is a unique smell when opening, but please rest assured that it will disappear with the passage of time. Do not place hot or heat-generating objects on the rug. There is a risk of deformation or leaving marks.

If the rug is placed on a reinforced, raw wood or underfloor heated floor, humidity may cause color transfer and mildew on the underside of the rug. Ventilate the rug by moving it frequently to prevent moisture from accumulating under the rug.

In the case of infants, there is a risk of falling, so please be careful.

If it is partially soiled, hand wash only the soiled area.

If you wash it in a home washing machine, the edges may fray, so please use the dry cleaner when you want to wash the whole thing. Air drying is recommended as the dryer may cause shrinkage or deformation.

Do not use softener or bleach.
