Due to the characteristics of the production, the inside of the hair may not be colored, and the color may look different depending on the direction of the hair. This is a natural phenomenon due to the characteristics of the product, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive.

Due to the characteristics of piece-dyed production, there may be white spots, partial clogging, color splashes, etc. here and there.

Precautions when using

Due to the characteristics of the material, there is a unique smell when opening, but please rest assured that it will disappear with the passage of time.

Do not place hot or heat-generating objects on the rug. There is a risk of deformation or leaving marks.

Anti-slip treatment is applied, but if you want to use it more safely, we recommend using an anti-slip mat.

If the rug is placed on a reinforced, raw wood or underfloor heated floor, humidity may cause color transfer and mildew on the underside of the rug. Ventilate the rug by moving it frequently to prevent moisture from accumulating under the rug.

If it is partially soiled, hand wash only the soiled area.

Cleaning is recommended when you want to wash the whole. It can be washed at home, but there is a risk that the threads may become frayed when folded. We recommend spot washing.

Do not use the dry mode, let it dry naturally. It may shrink or discolor.

Do not use softener or bleach.
