This product is made to order, so it takes about 3 weeks to 1 month to arrive. Also, please note that we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

It will be shipped in a folded state.

Precautions when using

Due to the characteristics of the material, there is a unique smell when opening, but please rest assured that it will disappear with the passage of time.

Do not place hot or heat-generating objects on the rug. There is a risk of deformation or leaving marks.

If the rug is placed on a reinforced, raw wood or underfloor heated floor, humidity may cause color transfer and mildew on the underside of the rug. Ventilate the rug by moving it frequently to prevent moisture from accumulating under the rug.

If it is partially soiled, hand wash only the soiled area.

Cleaning is recommended when you want to wash the whole. Also, when washing at home, please use mild detergent in low temperature water and gently wash and dehydrate on a wool course. Do not use softener or bleach.

Do not use the dry mode, let it dry naturally. It may shrink or discolor.

This product does not support dry cleaning.
