Notes on ordering

Depending on the monitor, the actual color may differ from the posted photo.

Because it is made using 100% natural hair, even if it is the same color, there may be shades of color depending on the individual. Please note that we will send you items that fit within the range of colors you have selected.

Also, in the case of white, some color may remain in the process of bleaching light ivory hair to a perfect white.

Depending on the length of the pile, the size may have an error of about +1 to 2 cm.

Precautions for use

Please use it correctly according to the purpose.

When washing, put the baking soda and stuffed animal together in the bag and shake well, then take out the stuffed animal and hit the baking soda.

Washer/dryer/styler cannot be used. Dry cleaning is possible, but not recommended for alpaca stuffed animals as they have wires inside.

If the hair gets dirty, gently wipe it off with a wet tissue while being careful not to touch the leather part.

All stuffed animals are combed once before shipping. If the hair is lying down when you receive the product, hold the buttocks and shake it to make it fluffy!

If the alpaca hair becomes saggy or hardened, gently comb it with a slicker brush or brush (I recommend using the wrist snap :)). Please gently comb only the weak part so as not to touch the leather.

Alpaca leather is a weak material. If you pull too hard, the seams will tear easily. Please handle with care (especially the neck part of the stuffed alpaca is easy to break. It's a really cute stuffed animal, but please put it in your room when you go to sleep).
