This product is made to order, so it takes about 3 weeks to 1 month and a half to arrive. Also, please note that we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

Precautions when using

Due to the characteristics of the material, there is a unique smell when opening, but please rest assured that it will disappear with the passage of time. Do not place hot or heat-generating objects on the rug. There is a risk of deformation or leaving marks.

If the rug is placed on a reinforced, raw wood or underfloor heated floor, humidity may cause color transfer and mildew on the underside of the rug. Ventilate the rug by moving it frequently to prevent moisture from accumulating under the rug.

In the case of infants, there is a risk of falling, so please be careful.

If it is partially soiled, hand wash only the soiled area.

Cleaning is recommended when you want to wash the whole.

Do not use softener or bleach.
